Girls Swim Team Practices @ YMCA for this week are: Wednesday, 8/12/2026 - 3:00-4:30 pm Thursday, 8/13/2026 - 3:00-4:30 pm Friday, 8/14/2026 - 3:00-5:00 pm Practices next week @ YMCA are: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 3:00-5:00 pm No Practice on Tuesday Thursday - 3:00-4:30 pm Make sure you have a physical on file with the Athletic Office prior to the first practice. You can also bring your physical (dated 4/15/2026 or later) to the first practice and give it to Coach Thomas.
